The Water Storage Bag contains a textaline center that allows for wet water rescue ropes to dry off and drain water from the bag. A grommet at the bottom as well as the meshed textaline center piece allow for drainage. Comes with a drawstring top, a carrying handle with a d-ring, as well as a grommet and tie off strap on the bottom.
